Wobbel XL - Clear Lacquer

Adults don’t need to miss out on all the fun. There is also a Wobbel for the grown ups!  Wobbel is great for building balance, coordination and core strength.  

To get fit, stretch your back, in yoga exercises, to train balance and just because it’s fun. It’s possible to do a wide range of exercises on the Wobbel, from relatively light to extremely heavy. 

If you are under treatment, for example, from a physical therapist he or she can definitely help to come up with useful exercises on the Wobbel. Wobbel are currently  working with a physiotherapist  to develop a good and healthy set of exercises for adults to use with the board.

Wobbel XL is suitable for all ages, but recommended that children be at least 7 years of age.
