SOUND WRISTBAND & SLIPPERS RABBIT

A wrist rattle and a pair of booties, and between them something more interesting than either on its own.

The bracelet is micro-velvet with a plush rabbit face and a bell inside, sized for 3 to 9 months and fastened with soft Velcro. The corduroy booties, around 12 x 4 cm, are embroidered on the theme of the nursery rhyme "My Little Rabbit", and one of the pair also carries a bell.

That combination is deliberate. A baby waving an arm hears something. A baby kicking hears something else. Both are discoveries about their own body, and both are early lessons in cause and effect. Kaloo developed the range with psychomotor therapists for exactly this reason.

Made from micro-velvet, corduroy, poplin and synthetic fur with recycled polyester padding, machine washable at 30 degrees. Suitable from birth. Arrives in Kaloo's signature keepsake box with a message insert under the lid, so it is ready to give and easy to keep afterwards.

HANDS AND FEET, BOTH - Most first rattles only reach the hands. Pairing wrist and foot means a baby discovers both, which supports proprioception and the early understanding that their own movement causes the sound.

SIZED AND FASTENED PROPERLY - The bracelet is made for 3 to 9 months and closes with a soft Velcro fastening, easy for a parent and secure on a wriggling arm. Booties measure roughly 12 x 4 cm.
