The cuddle book sits deliberately between a first book and a comforter, and children tend to treat it as the latter. It is entirely soft fabric with nothing rigid, so it can go in the cot, be chewed, be dragged around and be slept on.

Joe is the magician of the gang, working spells out of his grandfather Walter's old books. Every page has something to find: crinkle sounds, contrasting prints and different fabrics under the fingers, so a baby who cannot yet follow a story still has plenty to do.

Machine washable at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle.

Lilliputiens is a Belgian brand, founded in 1995 and designed by a team largely made up of parents working alongside early-childhood specialists. Tested to EN71 and ASTM standards and screened for AZO dyes, cadmium and phthalates.
