The clock in the course of the day

First times are the easy-to-learn times from 1 to 12 o'clock in the daytime. The noon (12 o'clock) with the highest position of the sun divides the day in the morning and in the afternoon.

Within this framework, hours are given with details shortly before and shortly after full hours, times with quarter and half hours, and 5 and 10 minutes before and after full hours by means of analogue clocks (with dial).

In addition, the times for different activities during the day of the children are determined and the end times of baking and cooking.

The systematic exercises of the simple times of the day form the basis for the learning also of the complicated times.

Die Uhr im Tagesverlauf

Erste Uhrzeiten sind die leicht zu erlernenden Uhrzeiten von 1 bis 12 Uhr im Tagesverlauf. Der Mittag (12 Uhr) mit dem höchsten Stand der Sonne teilt den Tag in Vormittags- und Nachmittagszeiten.

In diesem Rahmen werden Uhrzeiten mit Angaben kurz vor und kurz nach vollen Stunden geübt, Uhrzeiten mit viertel und halben Stunden und 5 und 10 Minuten vor und nach vollen Stunden durch.

Selbst sind die Uhrzeiten zu verschiedenen Aktivitäten im Tagesverlauf der Kinder zu bestimmen und die Endzeiten von Back- und Kochvorgängen.

Die systematischen Übungen der einfachen Uhrzeiten bilden die Grundlage für das Erlernen auch der komplizierten Uhrzeiten.
